Refer a Friend Program Policy

1. Overview

The EzyTCM Refer a Friend Program (“Program”) rewards active subscribers who introduce new practitioners or clinics to the platform.

Where a referral is successful:

  • The Referrer receives one (1) additional month added to their subscription
  • The Referred account receives one (1) additional month added to their subscription

Rewards apply to the subscription account as a whole, not to individual users or seats.

2. Eligibility

The Program is available to active paid subscription accounts under the following plans:

  • Student
  • Individual
  • Team

To qualify:

  • Both Referrer and Referred accounts must become paying subscribers
  • Accounts in free trial are not eligible until a successful paid charge is completed

3. What Qualifies as a Successful Referral

A referral is considered successful only when all of the following conditions are met:

  • 1.The Referred account registers using a valid referral link or code
  • 2.The Referred account completes the free trial period
  • 3.A valid payment method is added
  • 4.The first subscription payment is successfully processed

The following do not qualify:

  • Registration only
  • Completion of free trial without payment
  • Adding payment details without successful charge
  • Failed or declined payments

Rewards are issued only after a successful paid subscription charge.

4. Reward Structure

Upon a successful referral:

  • The Referrer’s subscription is extended by one (1) month
  • The Referred account’s subscription is extended by one (1) month

Monthly Subscriptions

  • The subscription billing cycle is extended by one (1) calendar month

The reward is:

  • Fixed
  • Not calculated based on subscription price
  • Not dependent on plan tier

5. Reward Conditions

Referral rewards:

  • Have no cash value
  • Are non-transferable
  • Cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted to credit
  • Cannot be withdrawn or partially redeemed

Rewards are applied only as a subscription extension.

6. Team Plan Clarification

Referral rewards apply per subscription account, not per seat or user.

  • A successful referral extends the entire Team subscription by one (1) month
  • The number of seats does not affect reward value

Only the Subscription Owner (billing account holder) may generate referral links.

Seat users are not eligible to initiate referrals.

7. Student Plan Participation

Student plan users may:

  • Refer others
  • Be referred
  • Receive rewards

All Student eligibility requirements remain applicable.

If a user is found to be ineligible:

  • EzyTCM may revoke Student eligibility
  • Adjust subscription plan
  • Adjust or revoke referral rewards

8. Anti-Abuse Policy

To ensure fairness:

  • Each subscription account may receive a maximum of three (3) referral rewards per calendar year
  • Rewards apply per account, not per seat

Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Same ABN or business registration
  • Same payment method
  • Accounts controlled by the same individual
  • Artificial account creation

EzyTCM may:

  • Investigate referral activity
  • Reject or revoke rewards
  • Suspend or terminate accounts

9. Reward Issuance and Reversal

Rewards will be issued only when:

  • The referred account completes a successful paid subscription charge
  • The payment is valid and not disputed

If a payment is:

  • Refunded
  • Reversed
  • Subject to chargeback

EzyTCM may:

  • Cancel the referral reward
  • Reverse any subscription extension

10. Program Changes and Termination

EzyTCM reserves the right to:

  • Modify Program rules
  • Change reward structure
  • Suspend or terminate the Program at any time

Previously issued rewards will not be affected unless obtained through misuse or breach of this policy.

Participation in the Program does not create any ongoing entitlement to rewards.

11. General Conditions

  • The Program is intended to support genuine growth within the professional healthcare community
  • EzyTCM’s decision regarding referrals and rewards is final
  • This Program must be used in accordance with the Terms of Use
